Three words that best describe Tatiana are: determination, hard work and meticulousness. She demonstrates an empathetic approach vis a vis of her clients and prides herself in the quality of her work.

During her free time, you can catch her globetrotting or dancing at the Underground studio in Toronto.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I come to Canada to study or to work? I am not really sure what’s best for me.

As long as you are eligible for both, all really depends on your budget and how soon you want to come. However, the study visa process is much quicker than that of temporary workers or permanent residency applicants.

I have a stable job back home and I live a comfortable lifestyle. Is coming to Canada really worth it?

Other than earning a much higher salary for the same type of job position, Canada also offers a better range of opportunities such as  higher quality of life, access to the best health care in the world, first class education for yourself or your children, mouth watering government subsidies , business networking and the opportunity to discover a new culture.

I don’t want my friends or family to know that I plan on travelling overseas . Will you keep this secret?

ABSOLUTELY YES!! We provide 100% confidentiality at UBIQUE and we will never share your information with anyone without your explicit consent.

How can I prepare efficiently for the visa procedure?

-Contact us early enough (this is key to the success of your application. The sooner the better for you).

-Have an up to date Curriculum Vitae /resume.

– Have a passport valid for at least 1 year

I have been in the express entry pool for many months now but I have still not been invited to apply for permanent residency. Why is that?

Most likely it is because your CSR score is lower than the cut off mark. Contact us TODAY to find out how you can increase your score to get selected as soon as possible.

I have had visa denials in the past. Does it mean that I have ruined my chances of coming to Canada?

Absolutely not. As long as you can show new or additional information relevant to your situation, this can persuade an IRCC officer to grant you a visa. Experience has shown that there is increased chances of visa success when you work with a knowledgeable licensed Immigration Consultant (such as UBIQUE) rather than letting someone do it the amateur way.

How much will you charge me? How much do your services cost?

Because our fees are contingent on the nature and complexity of your case, the exact costs would be determined during the initial evaluation process.

-Paypal

-Mobile money

We have bank accounts in Canada, USA and Africa.

What other expenses can I expect when I come to Canada?

It’s important to have at least 3 months worth of rent saved up in case you come to Canada and do not find a job immediately. Depending on which city you will be living in, rent can cost anywhere between $450 – $800 monthly for one room in a shared apartment. You also need to factor in the cost for food, transportation and utility bills.

Talk to us about your plans and we will be able to edify you more.

As an international student can my part time job enable me to pay my tuition fees and my monthly expenses?

Your part time job can cover the cost of your rent, food and bills, it is possible. For your tuition however, most likely not. This is because in Canada you are paid by the hour and the conditions of your study permit says you can only work up to 20 hours a job so that limits you to how much money you can make as a student. The good news is that scholarship opportunities are available.

If you would like to benefit from full or partial scholarships, please contact us today.

Can I switch to a different school when I come to Canada?

YES. As long as you have the required admission letter, pay the required fees and continue to maintain the conditions of your study permit.

Can I come to Canada on a student or visitor and then switch to a work visa when I arrive?

Yes it is possible but not always easy. Please share your plans with us and we will be more than happy to assist you further.

What GPA do I require to get an admission in a college or University in Canada?

To facilitate your admission into Universities in Canada, an “above average” score (as it relates to your previous school’s grading system) will suffice for undergraduate admissions.

However, for Masters and PhD programs, a GPA of 3.0/4.0 is usually expected.

If your GPA is less than this, don’t worry there is still hope. We can get you an admission at a Canadian institution which is not strict with such requirements.

Must i take a language test such as IELTS , TCF or TEF in order to come to Canada?

It depends on the type of immigration procedure you are applying for. Also, some tests are “general” while others are “academic” and they serve tow different purposes and can not be used interchangeably.

Contact us if you are not sure if you should take a test or not.

Can I get a scholarship to come to Canada?

YES. A lot of Universities offer fully funded tuition for research based Masters and PhD science programs. Course based programs such as business and management are more restrictive when it comes to availability of funding . At the undergraduate level, there are a few scholarships (full and partial) available to international students with exceptional academic credentials or based on personal needs.

Contact us for more details.

What is the difference between an immigration consultant RCIC and a travel agent?

The main difference would be the fact that a licensed immigration consultants is authorized to give immigration advice whereas a travel agent is doing so illegally.

Also, immigration consultants have a degree or diploma in immigration law and as such, they are more knowledgeable and have a better track record whereas travel consultants just do “try and error”.

In addition to this, immigration consultants work first and foremost protect the interest of their clients whereas travel agents main goal is to rip off people of their hard earned money.

What differentiates your company from other travel agencies out here?

Beware of scams from companies who promise you a visa and then disappear with your money. Note that a lot of those “travel agencies” are not accredited and as such lack the competence you need for your immigration needs. They could also create false documents in your name which may result in a potential travel ban into Canada.

The distinguishing feature at UBIQUE would be the fact that we are fully regulated by the College of Immigration Consultants of Canada and have the knowledge, experience and skill set required to facilitate the entire immigration process for you. Our motto is DILIGENCE – PROXIMITY- URGENCY to ensure that your applications are processed in the swiftest possible manner without compromising the quality of our work. To learn more about our promise to you, click here

Why should I hire you instead of just doing the application myself?

Research studies show that there is a much higher rate of approval (86% vs 40%) when you use a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant RCIC for your visa application rather than doing it yourself or using a representative who is not authorized. An RCIC may also help you save money by avoiding numerous visa denials which may cost you more in the long run.

What are the deadlines to submit applications for admissions?

-Bachelors (Usually 8 months before the intended start date meaning you need to get in touch with us at least 8 months prior in order to gather all the required documentation)

-Masters and Phd (Usually 10 – 12 months before your intended start date meaning you need to contact us at least 14 months in advance to prepare the necessary documents)

These timelines vary according to each College or University so you may still be able to get an admission on short notice, therefore do not hesitate to reach out to us ASAP.

When I fill the evaluation form on this website, wll it go directly to the embassy/consulate?

NO. It is for our review only, prior to your evaluation. We do not share it to anyone without your permission.
