As long as you are eligible for both, all really depends on your budget and how soon you want to come because tuition in Canada is costly. However, the study visa process is much quicker than that of temporary workers or permanent residency applicants.
Other than earning a much higher salary for the same type of job position, Canada also offers a better range of opportunities such as job security, access to the best health care in the world, financial support with starting your own business, networking with like minded individuals, learning a new culture etc.

Absolutely not. As long as you can show new or additional information relevant to your situation, this can persuade an IRCC officer to grant you a visa. Experience has shown that there is increased chances of visa success when you use a knowledgeable licensed Immigration Consultant (such as UBIQUE) rather than letting someone do it the amateur way.

It’s important to have at least 3 months worth of rent saved up in case you come to Canada and do not find a job immediately. Depending on which city you will be living in, rent can cost anywhere between $450 – $800 monthly for one room in a shared apartment. Food would be about $150 per month and other expenses such as phone bills, hydro and internet would be about $50 each per month. Talk to us about your plans and we will be able to edify you more.
For your rent, food and bills, it is possible.
For your tuition however, most likely not. This is because in Canada you are paid by the hour and the conditions of your study permit says you can only work up to 20 hours a job. Most student jobs are paid minimum wage so that limits you to how much money you can make as a student.
YES. As long as you have the required admission, pay the required fees and continue to maintain the conditions of your study permit.
It depends. The general answer is NO as almost all payments will be done by us on your behalf. However, costs like tuition fees, biometrics, medical exams and language tests would be paid by you directly to the responsible organizations.
To facilitate your admission into Universities in Canada, a minimum of 3.0/4.0 GPA is usually required for Masters and PhD programs. For undergraduate programs, an “above average” score (as it relates to your previous school’s grading system) will suffice.
The score you require on any language or academic test will depend on several factors; the type of immigration procedure you require (education vs employment ) and if academic, the specific school you would be applying to. This is because Universities set their own score levels for each test. You may not even need to take an academic language test at all if it’s not required for your specific program of study.
YES. A lot of Universities offer fully funded tuition for research based Masters and PhD SCIENCE programs. Course based programs such as business and management are more restrictive when it comes to availability of funding . At the undergraduate level, there are a few scholarships (full and partial) available to international students with exceptional academic credentials.
The main difference would be the fact that immigration consultants obtain their expertise both through work experience and education( 3 semesters post-graduate degree in immigration studies), whereas immigration lawyers usually develop their skill sets “on the job”. This is because although they spent 3 years in law school, they only took just one or two courses in immigration studies.
Nonetheless, immigration lawyers can represent clients in Federal court if necessary, whereas Immigration consultants can only represent clients in immigration courts (example: hearings for cases of refugee claims)
This also explains why immigration lawyers charge a lot more for their services than immigration consultants do.

Beware of scams from companies who promise you a visa and then disappear with your money. Note that a lot of those “travel agencies” are not accredited and as such lack the competence you need for your immigration needs. They could also create false documents in your name which may result in a potential travel ban into Canada.
The distinguishing feature at UBIQUE would be the fact that we are fully regulated by the College of Immigration Consultants of Canada and have the knowledge, experience and skill set required to facilitate the entire immigration process for you. Our motto is DILIGENCE – PROXIMITY- URGENCY to ensure that your applications are processed in the swiftest possible manner without compromising the quality of our work. Research studies show that there is a much higher rate of approval when you use a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant RCIC for your visa application rather than doing it yourself or using a representative who is not authorized. An RCIC may also help you save money by avoiding numerous visa denials which may cost you more in the long run.
